According to Buddhist beliefs, on this day, Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon, given to his five disciples at the Deer Park in Sarnath. In India, introducing the four noble truths is a cornerstone of Buddhist philosophy, outlining the nature of suffering and the path.

A group on a mountain. One of them, wearing a red shirt, is holding a camera on a stick and filming the others. One man takes off his shirt, while another is holding a blue jacket. I am filming mentions they are at "sergo Ri" at 4950 meters above sea level, what a strange thing, they have been getting off in clothes at high altitude .

Heli tour Everest
Heli tour Everest
This video offers a spectacular glimpse into a Mount Everest Heli-tour, showcasing a unique and luxurious way to experience the world's highest peak. The aerial perspective, likely captured from a helicopter, provides a breathtaking view of the Everest Base Camp. The camp itself is a fascinating sight, a vibrant collection of colorful tents—yellow, blue, and green—sprawled across the gray, rocky landscape of the Khumbu Glacier. This is the staging ground for mountaineers preparing to ascend Everest. The video's overhead shot allows for a full appreciation of the sheer scale of the operation, with people moving about, creating a sense of bustling activity against the backdrop of an otherwise stark and remote environment. The real star of the show is the surrounding terrain. The helicopter tour allows for an up-close look at the stunning Khumbu Icefall, the chaotic and beautiful glacier with its sharp, white pinnacles of ice. The tour's route typically flies over these iconic features, offering passengers a privileged view that would take days of arduous trekking to achieve. Beyond the glacier, the imposing rock faces and snow-dusted peaks of the surrounding Himalayas are visible, creating a panoramic vista that is the ultimate reward of such a flight.

The image likely captures a serene and picturesque sunrise or early morning scene from poon hill, a very popular viewpoint in the Annapurna region of Nepal, renowned for its panoramic views of the Himalayas. The changing light, the presence of clouds and fog, and the appearance of individuals suggest a typical experience for trekkers visiting this spot.

Samrat took me to Poon Hill, which displayed a beautiful view of the Annapurna peaks and surrounding mountains. He was a fun, friendly and professional guide who answered all my questions about Nepal. He warned about any potential dangers, helped me plan for the trip and showed me points of interest. I would definitely recommend him to any trekkers/hikers interested in the Himalayas. Please do give him a try if you’re in the area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Unforgettable Mardi Himal Trek with Samrat! I had the incredible opportunity to trek to Mardi Himal Base Camp with Samrat in October 2024, and I couldn’t have asked for a better guide or experience. Samrat is everything you want in a mountain guide: knowledgeable, professional, calm, and deeply connected to the Himalayas. He knew the route inside out, including all the best viewpoints and hidden gems that most trekkers miss. His guidance made the entire trek feel smooth, safe, and stress-free. Beyond his expertise, Samrat is also a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. He was always attentive to how I was feeling, making sure I was comfortable, well-fed, and enjoying the journey. His sense of humor and passion for the mountains made every day more enjoyable. I also appreciated the insights he shared about local culture, nature, and Nepali life along the way. Thanks to Samrat, this trek was not just a hike—it was a meaningful and inspiring adventure. I felt safe, supported, and completely in awe of the landscape around me. If you’re planning a trek in Nepal, I highly recommend Samrat. He’s not just a guide—he’s someone who will make your journey truly memorable. Thank you, Samrat – I hope to be back soon!
