- Weather & Clothing: bring layers, as mornings in Nagarkot can be chilly, but afternoons warm up nicely. Comfortable walking shoes are essential, especially for a day 3 trek.
- Hydration and snacks: Carry water, especially for the track on day three, and some energy bars or snacks.
- Cash: Many small cafes and local shops do not accept cards, so Carry Nepalese rupees.
- Respect local customs: Modest attire. Particularly at Religious sites is appreciated.
- Transport: Hired car services are recommended for comfortable travel between sites. But less convenient with tight schedules.
